Terms of service and trade

Bredon Hill Film & TV Productions Pty Ltd desire is to make it as easy as possible for you to order via this our website online shop. The description against each entry enables you to select the titles of your choice and to also select multiply products or special packs.

Currency
The unit price of each item or pack is indicated in EUROS and will be converted into your currency by the PayPal facility. However, in you live and ship within the UK, we have a dedicated shop in UK pounds for you to use.

Postage & packing
Our policy is to send you your order in the quickest and most economical way via 1st class mail within 2 days of receipt of your order. The method of final delivery is dependent on the destination address, and is  based upon the total weight. Please note that when you buy an order with a Book included, these weigh far more than a CD or DVD and the P & P reflects this additional postage costs.

The cost of postage varies between delivery regions. Be sure to select the correct region from our store home page before purchasing goods. If you select the incorrect region for delivery your order will be subject to change and you will be notified before goods are despatched.

Despatch of goods
Once you have submitted your card and delivery details, your card will be debited and your order despatched. Confirmation of your credit card transaction will be sent, via email, by return by PayPal. Notification of despatch will be sent subsequently, again via email, once your order has been packed.

Orders supplied incorrectly or received damaged
In the event of an order being supplied incorrectly, or you receive it damaged, we advise you to contact our Customer Service Department via email stating your invoice/order number and date, so that we can authorise its return to us. Goods returned in this way should be clearly marked "Authorised Return”. We  will send you either a replacement copy or provide you with a full refund.

Photocopying and copying goods
Please remember that it is illegal to photocopy music or books and booklets. To photocopy or copy CD's and DVD's is to steal from the composer/author and the publisher.
